Directions

From the M1
Leave the motorway at J41 and take the A650 signposted Morley, Bradford.   At the traffic lights turn right onto A654 signposted Rothwell. Continue for a couple of miles then turn left onto Thorpe Lower Lane, at the traffic lights turn left onto the A61 signposted Leeds.  Take your first left onto Sharp Lane and left again onto Sharp House Road.  The development is on your left hand side.

From Leeds City Centre and the M621
Follow signs for the Inner Ring Road A58(M) and A64(M).  When you reach the A58(M)/A64 roundabout taking the first exit onto the A58 signposted Halifax.  At the next roundabout take the first exit.  Continue until you reach the M621 roundabout taking the first exit to join the motorway.  Exit the motorway at junction 7 taking the third exit towards Wakefield A61.  Continue for 2 miles, and then turn right onto Sharp Lane and then left onto Sharp House Road.  The development is on your left hand side.
