Turn right into St Mary Haye. At the T junction, turn left onto Old Launceston Road.
Turn right at mini roundabout and first left into The Heights
Manor Oaks can be found at the end of the road.
From Callington - Along the A390

At the mini roundabout, carry straight on, the A390 becomes the B3362.
Turn sharp left onto Spring Hill, the B3362 to Lamerton and Milton Abbot.
Go past the hospital to the top of the hill.
Turn right into St Mary Haye. At the T junction, turn left onto Old Launceston Road. 
Turn right at mini roundabout and first left into The Heights
