Pick up the A45 north out of Daventry and proceed for approximately seven miles to the end. Just after passing under the M45, at roundabout take the first exit onto Daventry Road - B4429 (signposted Dunchurch, B4429). Turn right onto the A426 and at roundabout take the first exit onto the A426. At next roundabout take the second exit onto the A426 and continue forward (one way). At traffic signals continue forward onto the A426 (signposted Leicester) and at roundabout take the second exit onto the A426 (signposted Leicester). For the next two roundabouts take the second exit onto the A426. At roundabout take the third exit onto Boughton Road and then shortly after turn right into Projects Drive to arrive at Caldecott Manor.
