Development Details
This select development is perfectly situated where country life meets city living, halfway between the peaceful hamlet of Great Kingshill and the vibrant centre of High Wycombe. The site we have carefully chosen for Kingshill Grange, which was once part of Bucks University, is in an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, in the Green belt and surrounded by the glorious Chilterns. With over four hectares of the development being given over to green open space, you will be able to enjoy the great outdoors under the shade of mature oak and cedar trees.
Kingshill Grange is in an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, in the Green belt and surrounded by the glorious Chilterns. The hamlet of Great Kingshill has a couple of shops for every day essentials and the traditional warm and welcoming Red Lion pub, which sits alongside the local common. For a greater choice of retail, sport, leisure and entertainment opportunities, High Wycombe is only around 1.5 miles away.
High Wycombe's documented history goes back to 970 and is famous for the part it played in the UK's paper and furniture industries. Today it's home to all the leading high street names, and has all the usual attractions of a large, successful town including coffee shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs. There’s also a handsome Georgian High Street. The beautiful Chiltern Hills can provide the whole family with endless days out in the fresh air: walking, cycling and riding all being widely undertaken. But there's so much more to the area around Taylor Wimpey's Kingshill Grange than that!
