Affordable homes are now available to buy and rent.
The Norman Way development, east of Lincoln, was constructed by affordable social housing Acis in partnership with Kier Homes.
It followed an investment of more than £1.8m and a £600,000 Homes and Communities Agency grant.
The scheme provides 19 two and three bedroom affordable houses both for rent and ownership.
Valerie Waby, chief executive of Acis, said the group is proud to provide new homes in Bardney village, Lincolnshire.
"We have ensured that our new residents are able to live in high quality, affordable homes in a rural location," she added.
Recently, a report on the most and least affordable countryside locations by Halifax revealed that West Lindsey, north of Lincoln, is one of the country's most affordable countryside spots with an average house price of £137,906.
