The Government's First Buy scheme is available at Barratt Homes' Waterways development in Buckinghamshire.
First time buyers and families in Milton Keynes have been urged to visit Barratt Homes' Waterways development in Buckinghamshire.
Property seekers can access the Government's First Buy scheme, which sees buyers offered a loan of up to 20 per cent of the price of the property.
Barratt and the Homes and Communities Agency fund the loan. Buyers then need to find the remaining 80 per cent of the price themselves, with as much as 76 per cent coming from a mortgage. This leaves an initial deposit of just 4 per cent, meaning first time buyers can get onto the property ladder more easily.
Two bedroom apartments are available at the Waterways development, which is situated in Wolverton, overlooking the Grand Union Canal.
It is close to the amenities in Milton Keynes town centre as well as being located near rail and road networks, with travel into central London taking less than an hour.
First Buy closed to new applications in April 2013. Click here for the latest incentives.
