Barratt Homes has equipped a house at its Kempston site with the latest bespoke improvements.
Buyers in Bedforshire looking to add some extra special touches to their new home may be interested in Choices House.
Barratt Homes has equipped the property at its site in Kempston town with upgrades from its Choices range to show how a new home can be personalised to a buyer's needs.
At the De Balliol Chase development, the four bedroom house has had extras added, including fully fitted wardrobes, chrome sockets and switches, and a tiled bathroom and ensuite.
The Choices range allows buyers to tailor their new home to their personal tastes with a variety of additional features.
Paul Walker, sales director for Barratt in Northampton, said the property allows buyers to see the difference the upgrades can make.
He added: "Buyers securing a home off-plan or at an early stage in the build process are able to specify everything from landscaping in the garden, to built-in storage systems and even conservatories."
The housing minister recently announced new proposals that could see communities across Britain decide where new homes will be built in their area.
The new guide to the Community Right to Build Proposals is currently being examined by parliament.
