  • Enjoying a prime location in the rural Welsh village, just seven miles from Chester, Redrow's new development Heritage Park, is now on sale. Show homes are due to open later this month.

Several of the properties at Heritage Park, off Mold Road, have already been reserved off-plan since Redrow Homes started taking early bird reservations.

Anita Williams, sales director for the north west and north Wales, believes interest will only increase once the show homes are open.

"We've received a phenomenal amount of enquiries about our new homes in Penymynydd, even since before they went on sale," said Williams. "The housing market in Flintshire is strong and there is certainly a high demand for quality built traditional family homes, as we have been experiencing at our Heritage Park development."

Heritage Park will eventually feature of a total of 56 properties to suit everyone, from two bedroom homes perfect for first time buyers or downsizers to large four bedroom detached family homes.

The first release includes a fantastic choice of designs, all from Redrow's sought-after New Heritage Collection. It is a premium housing product with more than a hint of nostalgia in its exterior design, and yet offers an interior specification to meet the needs of modern lifestyles.

Williams added: "Redrow has a strong reputation for housing excellence in the north west and north Wales. We've seen tremendous sales success at nearby developments including Heathlands, in Buckley, Crown Park, in Chester and the recently sold out Northop Park, in Northop.

"We are looking to build on this success and believe that the homes at Heritage Park will be perfectly placed for buyers in the area thanks to the superb location and range of homes on offer."

Situated just over the Welsh border in a countryside setting, yet still within easy reach of Chester and the extensive north west motorway network, residents at Heritage Park will enjoy the best of both worlds.
