Buyers in the North Midlands are being urged to act now to secure their home at one of Taylor Wimpey's developments at a 2013 price.

  • With house prices across the country on the up, now is the perfect time for buyers to reserve their pick of the plots at Taylor Wimpey's developments throughout the region.

Carl Cooke, regional sales and marketing director for Taylor Wimpey, said: "Would-be buyers will be astounded by the incredible range of beautiful new homes we have on sale now across the North Midlands for very affordable prices.

"And with property values on the increase, purchasers who act quickly can take advantage of this year's house prices, which are guaranteed even if prices of similar homes have risen by the time their new home is ready to move into in 2014."

All Taylor Wimpey homes include central heating, double glazing and a fitted kitchen with built-in oven, hob and hood. Properties also come with a 10 year NHBC Buildmark guarantee, as well as a two year warranty from the house builder which covers many items not included in the NHBC Buildmark scheme.

There's a range of initiatives available with selected plots at Taylor Wimpey's developments to help both first time buyers and those with a property to sell. They include the Government's new Help To Buy shared equity scheme, which means eligible buyers can purchase their new home for 80 per cent of its full price, including a deposit as low as 5 per cent.

Help To Buy customers receive a 20 per cent Government loan to help with the purchase of new new build homes up to the value of £600,000 and there is no salary cap for buyers taking advantage of the scheme.
