The house builder is opening the doors to the three bedroom Rotherwick house for prospective buyers to get a feel for the new homes in Berkshire.

  • The development on Falcon Way in Bracknell, Berkshire, offers a range of one and two bedroom apartments, two bedroom coach houses and two, three and four bedroom homes.

The three storey Rotherwick show home is suited for contemporary modern living and comprises a living/dining room with a door to the garden, separate kitchen and ground floor cloak room. Upstairs, the first floor benefits from two bedrooms and a family bathroom, with the master bedroom and ensuite spread out over the whole of the second floor.

Charles Church's sales director for its southern division, Sharon Eldred, said: "This is the final stage of the development at Jennett's Park so the last chance for buyers to secure their new home here. Properties are already proving popular with buyers recognising the benefits of buying off-plan.

"The new Help to Buy initiative, announced during this year's Budget, is proving popular and making it easier for many buyers to secure their new home. Purchasers need a minimum of just 5 per cent deposit combined with an equity loan from the Government equating to 20 per cent of the property's value, which is interest free for the first five years. A mortgage is then secured on the remaining 75 per cent.

"Other incentives and offers, such as Home Change, will be available, giving home owners more options and taking the stress out of moving into a new home."

Under the Home Change scheme, buyers with an existing property to sell can liaise with Charles Church sales advisors who will arrange valuations, agree a price and then market the property. There are no estate agent fees or headaches - everything is taken care of. Customers have complete control over the price of their existing property as the price is agreed to ensure they can move into their new property.

The show home will launch the fifth and final phase of Charles Church's development at Jennett's Park. Local amenities include a primary school, community facilities and pub and Bracknell town centre is only two miles away.

Further afield in Berkshire, Reading and Windsor there are a number of highly respected state and independent schools as well as an array of activities and amenities to suit all the family.
