The luxury house builder has revealed the new moniker for its collections of prestigious properties.
The brand has launched with two developments in Windsor and Maidenhead in Berkshire.
Summerwood, in the heart of Sunningdale, is a collection of ten townhouses set within a gated and landscaped courtyard. The selection of four and five bedroom homes is ideal for families, professionals or those looking to downsize or invest in a second home.
Montague Park in Winkfield comprises a collection of 22 homes also situated within gated private grounds.
Tracey Lee, sales director at Charles Church Premier, says: "The Premier brand identity has been created to communicate the high standard of specification and finish of these exclusive developments.
"The brand retains the Charles Church crest which symbolises the benchmark for quality and unrivalled reputation for luxury homes that the company is renowned for. The new identity is based on a black and gold palette highlighting the elegance and character of the developments within the Premier collection."
Customers have a choice of luxury doors and kitchen units and a range of upgrades available including floor coverings and interior design packages.
Lee adds: "Both Summerwood and Montague Park benefit from having a dedicated property services coordinator who will be located on site to assist customers with their occupation and will be available to help with any settling in queries.
"We have already received a large number of enquiries in relation to these exclusive developments and we anticipate that interest will remain high with as these superior properties in sought after locations continue to impress home buyers with their size and finish."
The Charles Church Premier brand will be extended to other areas of the country in the coming months, building on Winkfield and Summerwood.
