The house builder's Bentley Meadows scheme in Castle Donington has picked up the rating from the local authority.
David Wilson Homes' Bentley Meadows development in Castle Donington won the award from the North West Leicestershire District Council.
The council's initiative was introduced to encourage developers to create well-designed buildings and places that contribute positively to everyday lives and support the built, natural and social environment.
It is the latest in a long line of David Wilson Homes' developments that have picked up the rating, following in the footsteps of Discovery Gardens in Coalville and Poppyfields in Ellistown.
Christine Fisher, chief executive of North West Leicestershire District Council, said: "Bentley Meadows is a great example of how this can work in practice. It is very deserving of its 'A' rating certificate."
John Reddington, managing director at David Wilson Homes' East Midlands division, said the house builder was delighted to pick up its third 'A' grade rating in the area.
