A new phase of homes by Elan in Wotton-under-Edge has proved to be an early success.
Phase two of the Mill Brook development was launched in the spring following the sell out of the first phase earlier this year. And four homes have already been reserved.
Andrea Nippe, sales director for Elan in the south, said: "We are delighted to have already secured a number of early reservations on the second phase of Mill Brook. I believe we will have even more interest in the properties once word spreads about the new phase and more people visit the show home, which is very impressive and serves to show potential buyers what life at Mill Brook could be like."
"There are just 10 homes on the new phase, so I'd urge buyers who might be interested in Mill Brook to book an appointment early if they want their pick of the new properties."
There is a mix of two and three bedroom detached and semi-detached homes.
The Alderley home, available from £237,995, is a three storey, three bedroom property. It has a lounge and a handy cloakroom with access to the integral garage on the ground floor. Moving down the stairs onto the lower floor is the open plan kitchen/dining/family room with French doors leading out to the garden. Upstairs, the top floor hosts the master bedroom with its own ensuite, together with two further bedrooms which are served by the family bathroom.
Prices start from £237,995 and Elan is offering the Government-backed Help to Buy incentive at Mill Brook, which makes buying a brand new home more affordable.
Customers will only need a 5 per cent deposit and 75 per cent mortgage as they could be offered an equity loan for 20 per cent of the property's value by the Government.
Mill Brook is located near the centre of Wotton-under-Edge, a market town with many shops, pubs and restaurants and a host of leisure activities, including small cinema and swimming pool, which opens during the summer months. It lies close to the M5 and M4, providing easy commutes to Bristol, Bath, Cheltenham and Gloucester.
