  • Marianne Stone, the new area sales manager for Redrow Homes' south east division, based in Basildon, is keen to boost the company's strong reputation as it looks to expand its operations in Essex, Kent and Sussex.

Stone, from Hertford, said: "Redrow Homes is a well-respected name in the house building industry and I'm delighted to be joining a strong team here in the south east division as we look to increase the number of developments.

"We are offering homebuyers a fantastic product with the New Heritage Collection. The homes are built with an emphasis on traditional craftsmanship in the Arts and Crafts style, but the interiors are very much created with modern families in mind.

"I'm looking forward to helping to launch a number of new developments in the coming months. It's an exciting time for Redrow Homes' south east division and I'm really happy to be a part of that and I look ahead to a successful year for sales and delivering exceptional customer service."

Before joining Redrow Homes, Stone was employed by a number of major house builders, working her way through the ranks from sales negotiator to sales manager.

Keith Parrett, managing director for Redrow Homes (south east), said: "Stone brings a wealth of experience and a solid track record for delivering sales. As we look to almost double the number of live developments in the division in the next six months, we very much value the experience and enthusiasm Stone brings to the team. It's a time of solid growth for Redrow Homes in the region. We are planning launches at six new developments in Essex, Kent and Sussex to add to those we already have in production."

As well as its south east division in Basildon, Redrow Homes has a total of nine divisional operations around Britain, with offices in central London, Bristol, Cardiff, Ewloe, Northampton, Tamworth, Wakefield and Chorley. The company is currently building at around 80 locations in England and Wales, where the focus is mainly on family friendly homes with traditional looking Arts and Crafts influenced exteriors, a high quality internal specification and excellent customer service.
