  • Help to Buy is being offered with two bedroom apartments priced from just £68,950 at Crag View off Idlethorpe Way and three bedroom houses priced from £114,950 at nearby High Rigg off Abinger Close in Bradford.

The scheme's equity loan of up to 20 per cent is interest-free for five years, allowing homebuyers to secure a 75 per cent mortgage and contribute a deposit of just 5 per cent.

Sales negotiator Susan Farrar said: "Help to Buy is available to all purchasers. However, first time buyers will find it especially useful at Crag View and High Rigg, where the pricing provides some eye-catching figures for people struggling to raise the money for a deposit or find an affordable mortgage product. At Crag View, we have two bedroom apartments requiring a mortgage of just £51,712 with Help to Buy."

"With Help to Buy at High Rigg, a mortgage of only £86,212 is needed to purchase a three bedroom family home, which provides ample room for a young family to grow into for many years to come."

The Crag View and High Rigg properties feature kitchens in a choice of contemporary styles with high gloss units in a variety of attractive colours complemented by a stainless steel oven, hob and extractor hood. Bathrooms provide sophisticated chrome taps and stylish, energy efficient showers.
