The house builder will build nearly 100 homes in Epsom.
Charles Church will build 85 new homes at Linton's Lane, Epsom, following planning approval from Epsom and Ewell Borough Council.
The Linton's Lane development will combine one and two bedroom apartments and a selection of three and four bedroom houses alongside 34 affordable homes.
