  • New build offers at Taylor Wimpey's Watermill Grange scheme in Maidstone, Kent, are likely to appeal to house-proud Brits.

More than 70 new houses and apartments for sale at the site will be available to view from May 21 and have been described as perfect for first time buyers.

Taylor Wimpey sales and marketing director in the south east, Jason Stokes, explained that one of the most appealing elements of the new build properties is their potential for decoration.

He said that the show home gives an "invaluable insight" into what can be achieved with an off-plan property purchase.

"We can't reveal too much just yet about what this stunning show house will look like, but property seekers can be sure that when the 'Delamere' is launched, there will be some truly inspirational interior designs on display," he added.

Another Taylor Wimpey development in Coventry is also expected to impress.

New homes at The Chesterfields have already proved popular with prospective buyers, with a third of those for sale having already been snapped up.ADNFCR-1100-ID-800549272-ADNFCR
