Building on its previous successes in the town, Redrow Homes will once again set Altrincham's property market sizzling this summer with the launch of its latest development.
Previous ventures by Redrow Homes at Stamford Brook, Altrincham, have all proved to be highly sought after. The house builder recently acquired a new area of land, for which it has now secured planning permission to build 66 executive family homes from its award-winning New Heritage Collection.
Redrow will launch sales at The Birches this summer, when a range of three, four and five bedroom family homes will be released for sale. A new marketing suite and two new show homes will open at the development to show case the style and specification on offer.
Anita Williams, sales director for Redrow in the north west, said: "We anticipate a high level of interest from discerning Altrincham purchasers ahead of the launch of The Birches. Our previous phases at Stamford Brook have all proved extremely popular and we hope we can continue to meet strong local demand for high quality family homes with our latest venture."
The Birches, being built on land formerly owned by Trafford College, will form part of the larger Stamford Brook development, off Manchester Road, which enjoys a host of on-site amenities including a Waitrose supermarket. It also has a semi-rural feel, with acres of open space, woodland walkways and a meandering brook forming part of the site.
For families looking to make the move to Stamford Brook, the area is home to a number of top-performing schools.
