First time buyers in the West Midlands may find new homes from David Wilson more affordable.
The house builder is offering townhouses at its Tipton development under its Head Start initiative.
People trying to get onto the property ladder may be able to secure one of the three storey properties for just 85 per cent of the price under the scheme.
The new homes require an 80 per cent loan-to-value mortgage and 5 per cent deposit – with the remaining 15 per cent provided by the company.
Loans are then repaid interest-free after 10 years or when the property is sold, whichever comes first.
The scheme means buyers could move into one of the new homes at the Hamlet Place site for just £123,250 with a deposit of £6,163.
Rita Tyler, sales manager for David Wilson Mercia, says the new homes offer "terrific value".
She added: "Our Kirkwood-style homes are ideal for growing families, so it's great to be able to offer households in Tipton the opportunity to find all the growing space they need at such a competitive price."
