Persimmon Homes welcomed over 170 house hunters to its latest development in Marston Green village on Saturday.
Contrary to the popular opinion that the housing market is sluggish, the weekend was a roaring success with 14 new customers reserving homes from the plans showcased at the Moat House Fields sales cabin on Somerton Drive.
House hunters were invited to view the selection of 125 two, three and four bedroom homes at the development and offered free financial advice to help those looking to budget for a new home.
Persimmon Homes south Midland's sales director, Alison Reading, said: "The success of the open weekend has completely surpassed our expectations. It is always exciting when a new development is launched for sale and we are very proud of that Moat House Fields is proving to be so popular.
"The beautiful village setting makes it a lovely place to live, while still being easily accessible to many of the major towns and cities in the vicinity including Solihull and Birmingham."
Buyers reserving homes get the chance to see their dream home being built brick by brick and the opportunity to personalise their ideal home from the Finishing Touches range available.
