House hunters in St Clears can use Part Exchange to get onto the property ladder.

  • Taylor Wimpey is offering Part Exchange to property seekers looking for a new home in St Clears in Camarthenshire.

    A number of four and five bedroom home are still available at the house builder's Cefn Maes development.

    Part Exchange allows people who can't find a full deposit but are looking to upgrade to a new home the opportunity to do so.

    Under the initiative, Taylor Wimpey buys the current property, taking the stress out of the buying process and making broken chains a thing of the past.
