Jasmine Park is set to attract further interest with the release of Part Exchange.

  • A Macclesfield development by George Wimpey (now called Taylor Wimpey, following a merger with Taylor Woodrow), which is proving to be one of the company's most popular in the north west, is set to attract further interest with the release of Part Exchange.

    More than 100 visitors were attracted to the show homes at Jasmine Park on Whirley Road when the development officially opened earlier this summer. Local people were keen to see the first new build development in the area for seven years, with new homes available from just £75,250.

    Now the plush Henbury development has unveiled its latest initiative, with Part Exchange available across a selected number of plots.

    George Wimpey field sales manager in Manchester, Chloe Dunn, explained the new scheme: "Our customers tell us that the most stressful aspect of buying a new home is selling your current property. With our part exchange scheme, you do not have to worry about whether your home will sell and in what timescale because George Wimpey buys your home from you and so you are effectively not in a chain.

    Although the number of properties is limited, a range of house types are available under the scheme.

    These include the three bedroom 'Buxton' home, with single garage, the three storey, three bedroom 'Davenport' and the luxurious four bedroom 'Winchester' townhouse with single garage.

    Situated in a sought-after area, Jasmine Park will consist of 123 homes including 10 different types of two, three, four and five bedroom properties. It offers excellent transport links for commuters and frequent travellers, with the development offering easy access to the A537, A34 and M6, leading in turn to the M56 and M62 connected to Liverpool and Manchester.
