South Midlands property seekers with a home to sell can take advantage of an exclusive incentive in Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire.

  • Would-be movers worried about getting a good price for their existing home can now take advantage of an exclusive scheme at Taylor Wimpey's developments in Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire.

With Guaranteed Part Exchange, customers choosing selected Taylor Wimpey homes at developments in the two counties are offered a fixed price for their current home based on the average of independent valuations.

They can then market their home for four to six weeks to try to achieve the maximum market price - secure in the knowledge that they have a guaranteed buyer with Taylor Wimpey after that period if it doesn't sell.

The offer covers developments of new homes in Milton Keynes, Aylesbury, Bedford, Leighton Buzzard, Biggleswade, Pitstone, Stotfold and Woburn Sands.

Steve Rolt, regional sales and marketing manager for Taylor Wimpey, says: "With Guaranteed Part Exchange, house hunters with a property to sell have yet another reason to choose a brand new home with Taylor Wimpey in the south Midlands.

"All through the process, customers can sit back and relax in the knowledge that they have a guaranteed price for their existing place to fall back on. It's guaranteed and totally secure, so it really is a win-win situation."

Guaranteed Part Exchange is available on a selection of beautiful new homes at Taylor Wimpey developments across the south Midlands region - and it's a tried and tested formula for a stress-free move.

John and Theresa Massie, for example, bought their new home at Broughton Gate in Milton Keynes last year by part exchanging their old home in Manchester - and in doing so cut out the problems that relocating can cause.

John says: "It was completely trouble-free for us. By part exchanging our house in Manchester, we didn't have to worry about a chain collapsing or a lengthy selling process. We also got a great valuation on our old home, and the reassurance that the move was guaranteed to go through."
