The award-winning house builder is excited to announce that the early information centre at College Park is now open.

  • By

  • The early information centre is based in the school house at the former Greville College site, off Abbotsham Road in Bideford.

It houses a model of what the completed development, College Park, will look like. There is also a great view of the site from the centre, for visitors to take inspiration from.

The marketing suite will officially open on August 3 and the show homes will shortly follow in early autumn. Redrow Homes is encouraging buyers to pop along to find out more now and take advantage of the pre-show home prices, as well as learn about the benefits of purchasing off-plan.

Emma Solman, area sales manager for Redrow in the south west, said: "Buying off-plan has proved incredibly popular at our developments across the south west. Many buyers have opted to buy off-plan as it has a great number of benefits.

"They include being able to pick the finishing touches and personalising your new dream home, with choice of kitchen fittings, positioning/style of sockets and switches, wall tiles in the bathroom, door handles and wardrobes. In addition, it allows buyers to opt for extras including bathroom upgrades, floor tiles, carpets, electric garage door and much more."

When complete, College Park will feature a selection of stunning two, three and four bedroom homes from the New Heritage Collection, available from £199,995 to £267,995. The 28 acre development will be home to 232 properties consisting of 200 private homes, plus 32 affordable houses as well as a care home. In addition to the new homes at College Park, the site will also include significant areas of public open space for play and recreational use.

The New Heritage Collection combines the very best of traditional values and modern living, with superb external architecture and open plan, family-friendly interiors.

College Park builds on Redrow's other successful developments in Devon, The Harringtons in Exeter, Clifton Heights in Holsworthy, The Fairways in Newton Abbot and Vision in Plymouth, which have all proved very popular with local residents.
