Woodberry Park in Hackney boasts a selection of apartments featuring one, three and four bedrooms.
First time buyers are being given the opportunity to get their foot on the property ladder at Woodberry Park in Hackney through Genesis' shared equity scheme.
Buyers can purchase between 25 per cent and 75 per cent of the apartments in the desirable location, with the option to build up to 100 per cent ownership in the future.
For single people or couples, a share of a one bedroom apartment starts from as little as £57,500, while families or groups of friends can purchase a 25 per cent share in a three or four bedroom apartment for as little as £85,000.
The shared ownership scheme is specifically designed for those who would struggle to buy a property on the open market.
To take advantage of it, the combined household income must be under £60,000 and savings of around £3,500 to cover fees and costs.
Woodberry Park is just two minutes from Finsbury Park on the Piccadilly Line and 10 minutes to Kings Cross St Pancras.
It is the first phase of the Woodberry Down Regeneration Project in Hackney, which will eventually see 4,600 new homes created at the site.
