The house builder will launch its new Saxon Heath development in Tarvin next week.

All the homes at Saxon Heath are available under the new Help to Buy scheme launched by the Government last month. The scheme is available to those who already own a property, as well as first time buyers, and involves an equity loan scheme available on new build properties up to the value of £600,000. Eligible purchasers receive a Government loan of 20 per cent, which means that they only need to put down a 5 per cent deposit and obtain a 75 per cent loan-to-value mortgage.
