Taylor Wimpey has contributed to a range of new amenities in Plymouth through its housing development.

  • The range of new homes being offered in Plymouth by Taylor Wimpey is proving very popular.

    As well as providing first time buyers with a helping hand onto the property ladder, the house builder has also contributed over £1m towards improving amenities in the local area.

    Janine Davey, regional sales and marketing director for Taylor Wimpey in Exeter, said: "At Taylor Wimpey, we have a strong sense of commitment to the areas where we build. This is why we are so keen to offer financial contributions to help enhance and improve certain facilities which will benefit our residents and the wider community."

    At The Limes at Warleigh Village development, located off Clittaford Road in Southway, Taylor Wimpey has contributed a total of £970,500 towards a nature conservation area, improvements to the local bus service, and a number of cycle parking hoops at the local shopping centre.
