Taylor Wimpey at Heartlands is officially opening on October 13, offering the company's 'Scotland' range of new homes.
Heartlands is a new £650m residential, business, retail, and leisure destination situated half way between Edinburgh and Glasgow. It is perfectly situated to take advantage of a new motorway junction that's being constructed between junction four and five of the M8 as part of the wider Heartlands masterplan.
The development boasts an impressive range of 99 new homes, which are designed to offer refreshingly stylish and practical layouts that give families the opportunity to enjoy spacious homes to get on with everyday living. Buyers can choose from two and three bedroom terraced and semi-detached homes, as well as three and four bedroom detached homes. Prices start from £142,000 for three bedroom homes in the first release.
Buyers can secure their move to Taylor Wimpey at Heartlands with an initial £99 reservation fee (normally £500) to pay on reservations made until October 31, 2012. The newly-launched and Scottish Government-supported MI New Home scheme, which offers up to 95 per cent loan-to-value mortgages on properties up to £250,000, is also available. Alternatively, on selected plots, Taylor Wimpey's helpful Part Exchange scheme is available to buyers making a move to a new home easier than ever.
Karen Armstrong, sales and marketing director for Taylor Wimpey in east Scotland comments: "Taylor Wimpey is delighted to be the first developer to launch our range of new homes at Heartlands and to play our role in delivering the first residential area within the overall masterplan for the area.
"It's taken a number of years to get to this position so it's an exciting time for our buyers to be in right at the start of what will be an impressive new community located right in the heart of Scotland.
"Our experience on other developments across West Lothian indicates there are buyers who want to get on the move to a new home, and we're confident that Taylor Wimpey at Heartlands will prove a popular location.
"For buyers who want to move but are not sure of their next step, we can make that move become a reality through our helpful customer buying schemes that aim to offer a genuine helping hand regardless of their situation. Plus our initial £99 reservation fee offers a real saving at a time when household budgets are being squeezed from all angles."
