The wait is almost over for eager buyers in Evesham, as Taylor Wimpey's new development is due to launch.

  • The exciting new development of one, two, three and four bedroom homes has been designed using traditional materials to compliment and reflect existing properties in the surrounding area.

Located on the edge of Evesham, Lavender Fields will offer residents the best of both worlds, stunning open countryside yet close to all the amenities the town has to offer.

Anne Wallace, regional sales and marketing director for Taylor Wimpey in the Midlands, said: "We're delighted to be returning to Evesham bringing house hunters a collection of homes at affordable prices.

"Lavender Fields builds on the success of our previous Evesham developments, Cotswold Rise and Four Pools, and more recently Stone Pippin Orchard, which demonstrates the continuing demand for well-built homes in the right location. This new development reaffirms our commitment to investing in the region and we're confident that it will be a great success."

Designed to appeal to a range of house hunters, the development will offer one and two bedroom first time buyer properties through to traditional three, four and five bedroom family homes. The new development will feature plenty of green open spaces for residents to enjoy, along with footpaths, cycle ways and a children's play area.

Prices for the first collection of homes released for sale will start from £174,995 for a three bedroom semi-detached home, and from £284,995 for a four bedroom detached property.
