Three show homes will officially open at the house builder's first phase of Dargavel Village, Bishopton, on June 29.
The event will be marked with an official launch on June 27, 2013, followed by a special purchasers preview event on June 28.
Buyers who have already reserved their new home can get the opportunity to see for themselves the style, quality and craftsmanship they can look forward to when they move into their new Taylor Wimpey home at Dargavel Village, Bishopton.
The show homes, including the four bedroom detached Monro and Geddes, as well as the five bedroom detached Wallace, are open to the public on June 29 and June 30, 2013.
Pre-show home opening, the level of interest from customers in a position to make a commitment to buy from plan has been impressive. But this a landmark stage in the progress of Dargavel Village, and the opening of three stunning showhomes marks a pivotal point in the future of the area as Audrey Ross, sales and marketing director for Taylor Wimpey in west Scotland comments:
"Opening our three stylish show homes marks a real milestone for Dargavel Village, Bishopton, as this major development comes to life and becomes the vision that so many have worked towards for a number of years.
"Since opening our sales information centre in January this year, there have been queues of customers who are genuinely impressed by our range and specification of our homes, as well as a constant stream of buyers who want to be part of this major transformational project in the west of Scotland. We've simply not seen this level of excitement for a new development for many years.
"Until this point, we've seen a real confidence from buyers who've been happy to make the decision to move and buy their new home off-plan. However from June 29, our show homes will be open to the public so they can see for themselves the style, quality and craftsmanship they'll receive when they buy a new home from Taylor Wimpey at Dargavel Village, Bishopton."
Dargavel Village, Bishopton, offers 147 new homes comprising a range of three, four and five bedroom houses in a variety of styles and sizes which will appeal to a wide range of buyers considering a move to this easily accessible, rural location. Prices start from £172,500 for the three bedroom semi detached Balfour 2 up to £294,000 for the four bedroom detached Stewart 2.
Buyers can get help to get on the move with one of Taylor Wimpey's buyer incentives, such as Easymover, Part Exchange, or up to 95 per cent mortgages through the MI New Home initiative.
A further development of 150 new homes offering a mix of two, three, and four bedroom styles will be introduced later this year - increasing the overall choice of homes for buyers to consider.
