The house builder's Caldecott Manor development has recorded high levels of demand.
Taylor Wimpey has seen high demand for its Caldecott Manor development in Rugby.
There are very few properties remaining at the site, meaning that purchasers will need to act fast if they want to secure one of the houses, with only four residences up for grabs.
Prices for these start at £214,995 and the Government-backed First Buy initiative is available on selected plots.
The four bedroom houses are available to view and move into now, meaning that people can instantly relocate to their new property without delay.
Thanks to First Buy, selected properties for sale in Rugby can be bought by qualifying first time buyers for 80 per cent of their full price, including a 5 per cent deposit.
This works through a joint loan of 20 per cent from the Homes and Communities Agency and Taylor Wimpey, which can be repayed at the end of the 25 year mortgage term or when the property is sold.
In order to qualify for the scheme, purchasers must be first time buyers, while their total household earnings should be less than £60,000.
The last four bedroom properties available at Caldecutt Manor include the Hatfield, which is priced at £214,995 (available for a First Buy price of just £171,996 including a 5 per cent deposit).
As well as this, the link-detached Broughton property costs £224,995 and the Pershore can be purchased for £239,995.
The new homes are only a few minutes' drive away from Junction 1 of the M6, while Rugby train station is a short walk away, providing rail links to London in 50 minutes, Coventry in 12 minutes and Birmingham in less than half an hour.
Elaine Taylor, sales and marketing director for Taylor Wimpey in Warwickshire, said: "Interest has been high in this wonderful development ever since the opening day, with all of our exceptional homes attracting lots of attention from discerning property seekers.
"With this final selection of houses, prospective purchasers have an opportunity to take a look around and then move straight into the fabulous property that catches their eye at Caldecott Manor."
