The house builder has secured full consent from Falkirk Council for the provision of 13 new homes.

  • The consent is for phase one of Taylor Wimpey's development at Redding Wood in Falkirk

    The 4.9 acre site near Redding House allows Taylor Wimpey the opportunity to showcase its range of larger homes in a variety of styles and sizes. In addition, a Section 69 agreement between Taylor Wimpey and Falkirk Council has seen around £11,000 given to Falkirk Council towards active open space.

    Set within a mature woodland setting, Redding Wood will appeal to a wide range of buyers within the town of Falkirk. Garden rooms will be a feature for some of the new homes in order to maximise the picturesque location of this prestigious development.
