First time buyers have been advised to act quickly if they are interested in securing one of the properties, as the buildings are proving to be extremely popular.

The development is located in easy reach of London, making it an ideal destination for commuters who wish to avoid the hectic nature of the city, while offering a peaceful atmosphere for parents to raise their children.

There are a selection of schools in close proximity to the development, meaning that parents will not need to take their youngsters far for their education.

A new collection of spectacular modern townhouses have just been released at the development following substantial demand from house hunters in the region.

The 'Howard' homes are among those that are available, providing a generously-sized lounge opening, French doors and a delightful private rear garden.

It has a kitchen/dining room and a guest cloakroom, which are located close to the entrance hallway. The first floor landing leads to a sizable double bedroom and a second one that could be transformed into a nursery, while an ensuite master bedroom can be located on the top floor next to a home office.

Christine Scarborough, regional sales and marketing director for Taylor Wimpey, said: "This final collection of properties to buy in Welwyn Garden City looks set to repeat the success of previous phases of development at Mirage, which are now completely sold out.

"With prices for the new three bedroom homes starting from as little as £289,950, would-be buyers cannot afford to hang around if they want to grab their perfect property for sale in Welwyn Garden City."

To help people in the housing market to afford the property, Taylor Wimpey is offering a selection of incentives for first time buyers. Among these are 95 per cent mortgages under the NewBuy scheme for those who have an existing home to sell.ADNFCR-1100-ID-801444981-ADNFCR
