"Originally we were thinking about buying a three bedroom property, but our minds changed the moment we saw the plans to the wonderful four bedroom 'Florence' house.
"At the time, we were preparing to start a family, so having four double bedrooms really appealed to us, and we instantly fell in love with the kitchen and knew it would become the centre of our life at home."
After enjoying a straightforward purchase, Kay and Marc moved to Himley View in spring 2013 - with just enough time left to settle in before there was another new arrival at the development.
"We moved into our new place in March and about a month later our baby William was born, so now it feels like we've got a proper family home," says Kay.
"Himley View is lovely and peaceful, which is exactly what we were hoping it would be on our first visit. Many of our friends and loved ones live nearby and there will be plenty of children at the development for William to play with as he grows up.
"Our new home is absolutely ideal - it meets our family's current requirements and is future proof if we choose to have any more children."
