The long-awaited next phase of Redrow's Route 1 West development is set to launch in September.
First launched in 2006, earlier phases at Route 1 West have proved extremely popular with a range of buyers and the developer is hoping to repeat that success with the latest wave of homes.
Mary McHutchison, sales manager for Redrow Homes (Scotland), said: "Route 1 West is ideally located for those who want to enjoy city life, with trains from Anniesland station to Glasgow Queen Street taking less than 15 minutes and the fashionable shops, bars and restaurants of the West End on their doorstep.
"They will also enjoy all the other benefits that come with owning a brand new home such as improved energy efficiency and potentially cheaper running costs, no costly renovations or upkeep and no living with a previous owner's decorating disasters.
"The townhouses and apartments we are building will provide a contemporary, low maintenance option for young professionals, couples and families looking for a home with a high specification interior, close to the hub of this vibrant city. From previous experience, we know they'll also appeal to downsizers looking for a more manageable and easy to maintain home in a convenient location."
Prices will be announced at the launch event, which will take place in September. Redrow can also tailor a range of incentives to help customer's step onto or move up the property ladder more easily, which gives them an advantage over the second hand sector.
Route 1 West is situated just off the A82 Great Western Road, which leads to Glasgow city centre and the M8 in one direction and to Loch Lomond in the other. The area is well served by public transport.
