  • Visitors are being invited to come and view the two three bedroom show homes at Goodwin Park development in Kidderminster. They are in the Barwick and Faringdon styles and have been designed by interior specialists at Claude Hooper.

"Buying a home is one of the biggest decisions you can make and we want this process to be easy for buyers," comments Andrea Shotbolt, senior sales manager for Barratt Homes in the West Midlands. "The doors to our Barwick and Faringdon show homes are now open and visitors can come and see what it could be like living at this great new development."

The Barwick show home has been designed with a young family in mind. The colour scheme consists of a white base with colour injections of purple, turquoise, pink, green and light grey.

The ground floor features a spacious lounge and dining room with French doors to the rear garden and a fully fitted kitchen. The furniture throughout the show home is modern and the artwork shows the colour injections.

The master bedroom with ensuite is on the first floor along with two further bedrooms and a family bathroom. One of the bedrooms has been designed as a child's bedroom and has a jungle theme with digital wallpaper which can be coloured in.

The Faringdon show home has a colour pallet of amethyst, taupe and cream and has been designed as a family home. The wallpaper used throughout this show home has reflective metal elements to reflect the light and the furniture is a mix of glass and chrome.

The ground floor features the lounge with French doors to the garden, separate dining room and kitchen on the ground floor. On the first floor you will you find the three bedrooms, the master bedroom has an ensuite and there is also a family bathroom. One of the bedrooms has been designed as a young girl's room with a digitally printed alphabet and animal wallpaper.

Shotbolt concludes: "Our show homes give visitors a good impression of the houses we are building here at Goodwin Park and we can't wait to hear what they think."

Goodwin Park currently offers a range of three bedroom houses priced from £161,950 and four bedroom houses priced at £247,950.
