Katherine and Rory Marquis have nothing but the highest praise for the development's sales executives, and the site team after moving into their brand new three bedroom 'Hadleigh' townhouse at Concept in Red Lodge, Suffolk, at the end of last year.
"We can't thank everyone enough - they've just been really helpful," says Katherine. "The sales executives had all the time in the world for us and were very willing to listen to what we wanted and what we needed. They were there for us throughout the entire process, and the day we moved in I can't tell you how sparkly clean the house was - it was just perfect."
Katherine and Rory moved to the area from Hampshire after Rory was offered a job in Cambridge, and the couple realised that the lower house prices in the area - coupled with the assistance Taylor Wimpey offers to buyers in all circumstances - meant they could afford to buy their first home.
"We'd been hoping to buy for a very long time but Hampshire was very expensive," explains Katherine. "Moving up here we realised we were in a much better position to buy our first home as house prices are significantly cheaper.
"We were also very grateful that Taylor Wimpey offered us a 5 per cent Gifted Deposit to add to our own downpayment. We therefore have a lower mortgage which means our monthly payments are cheaper - and Taylor Wimpey also included an upgraded kitchen which meant a lot as the kitchen is very important to us."
The couple are thrilled with their new home, says Katherine, who adds: "I love the kitchen and I love our bedroom, which takes up the entire top floor of the house, with a dressing area, an ensuite bathroom and windows in the roof. It's a very bright and sunny house and every night when I should go to the gym I just want to come home."
Katherine, 31, a biomedical scientist, and Rory, 33, a lead software developer, both work at Cambridge Science Park and their new home is perfectly located for an easy commute.
"We initially looked at another Taylor Wimpey development in Cambridgeshire and it was here that we discovered we really loved the design of Taylor Wimpey homes," says Katherine.
