Nicky Burridge has worked as a journalist for 15 years. She began her career at the Press Association, where she was Personal Finance Correspondent for more than 10 years. During this time she honed her skills as a wire journalist producing breaking news stories under very tight deadlines, particularly during the global financial crisis.
While at the Press Association, her work was published in a range of national and regional newspapers, including the Financial Times, Daily Telegraph, Independent and the Guardian.
In 2011 she went freelance, writing for a number of publications including the Daily Mail, South China Morning Post and a host of specialist financial magazines.
She currently lives in Hong Kong with her husband, two sons and a very naughty beagle.
