About Burghfield Park

Despite its rural calm, Burghfield Park is an extremely convenient location. The M4 is around ten minutes’ drive away, and the M25 can be reached in just over half an hour. Stopping 600 yards from the development, bus services run every half hour between Reading and the village of Mortimer, three miles away. From Mortimer, rail services reach Reading and Basingstoke in under fifteen minutes. Trains from Reading arrive at London Paddington in less than half an hour, while services from Basingstoke reach Waterloo in about 40 minutes. Paddington trains can also be boarded at Theale, three miles north of Burghfield Park.

Local amenities include a Tesco Express within five minutes’ walk and a small shopping precinct half a mile away with a Co-op, a hairdresser and food takeaways.
