St Agnes is bounded on both sides by the greenery of Kennington Park, whilst the nearby 56-acre Burgess Park offers many outdoor sport facilities including an indoor gym, one of several in the area Kennington is fortunate in its wide range of restaurants and takeaways and St Agnes Place is within easy reach of Southwark’s gastropubs and riverside bistros, with very fine dining available at the Oxo Tower. Kennington Lane is characterised by its brightly painted shops and local amenities include banks and pharmacies.
