Lytham St Annes, situated on the Flyde coast south of Blackpool, is an extremely popular location, having been voted as one of the top 10 places to live in the north west. The town is perfectly positioned just a short drive from the M55 motorway. This connects to the M6 in under 30 minutes.
St Annes-on-Sea and Squires Gate train stations both lie on the Blackpool line with easy access to Preston.
There are plenty of health services in the local area. A number of GP surgeries are close by, a Morrisons and Co-Op pharmacy, as well as dental practices and Eyedeal Vision for spectacles and contact lenses.
Leave M6 at junction 32 and join the M55 to the
end. Continue left onto the A5230. At the roundabout, take the third exit onto
progress way/A5230. Continue on the A5230 onto Squires Gate Lane to the end at
the traffic lights turn left onto Clifton drive and the development will shortly
be on your left.
